In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply: "vk444", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the vk444 platform and its operators. "You" and "your" refer to the individual accessing or using the vk444 platform. "Account" means a registered user account on vk444. "Platform" means the vk444 website, its mobile interface, and all associated services. "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on vk444. "Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event or casino game outcome through the platform. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, or enhanced odds offer granted by vk444 to a registered player.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail. Headings used in these terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

To open and maintain a vk444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering an account for your own personal use.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from vk444 or excluded from the platform by vk444 for any breach of these terms.

vk444 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

All transactions on vk444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vk444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's own limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. vk444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active wagering requirement on a bonus must be satisfied in full before the bonus-related portion of your balance can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Transferring, trading, or selling bonuses is prohibited.
• vk444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if vk444 reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a promotional offer, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome ("bonus abuse").

vk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and the wagering requirement is partially fulfilled, vk444 will honour the partially earned benefit on a pro-rata basis unless the modification is required to prevent fraud.

All bets placed on vk444's sportsbook are subject to vk444's betting rules, which are published on the platform and may be updated from time to time. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules for the relevant market.

vk444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet under the following circumstances:

• Where there is clear evidence of a pricing error or manifest error in the odds offered.
• Where vk444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised, including match-fixing or spot-fixing.
• Where a bet has been placed using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means not consistent with ordinary individual human use.
• Where the relevant sporting event has been abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered in its format before the market has been determined.

• vk444 has reasonable grounds to believe your account has been used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• You have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using arbitrage strategies to minimise risk across markets at vk444's expense.

Where an account is closed by vk444 for breach of these terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or to bets placed in breach of these terms may be voided. Balances attributable to your own deposited funds (net of any voided bets) will be returned to your registered payment method.

All content on the vk444 platform, including but not limited to the vk444 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, and game content, is the intellectual property of vk444 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the vk444 platform without vk444's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of vk444's intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if vk444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. vk444's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit vk444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. vk444 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors; however, vk444 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible following any unplanned interruption.

vk444 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains:
